We hope you love your Coeur et Maman purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for all our non-digital products.
All digital sales are considered final and no returns and/or refunds are possible.
Return Conditions:
• All items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return:
Please contact our customer service team at returns@coeuretmaman.com with your order details and we will generate a return form for you. You will then be able to complete the return and post it back to us.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
